Who We Are
PubKeySpace is a private-alpha developer key and identity inventory product. For privacy questions, contact hello@pubkeyspace.com.
Information We Collect
When you request alpha access, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, team size, operating systems, source control provider, and the problem you want to solve.
If your team is onboarded, PubKeySpace reports are designed to include metadata, public fingerprints, file paths, ages, permissions, and finding details. Reports are designed not to include private key contents, token values, MCP environment values, or secret values.
Website Hosting And Logs
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata, IP addresses, user agents, and security events to deliver, secure, and measure the website.
Analytics
We use, or may enable, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to understand page views and performance. Cloudflare describes this as a JavaScript beacon that can be added automatically to Pages deployments, and states that Web Analytics does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage for usage metrics.
We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking on the public site.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to alpha requests, operate the website, secure the service, improve the product, and support teams that choose to participate in the private alpha.
Legal Bases
For GDPR purposes, we rely on legitimate interests for website operation, security, analytics, and responding to requests; contract or pre-contract steps for private-alpha onboarding; and consent where we ask for optional information or introduce optional tracking later.
Processors
We currently use Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security, and analytics. We may also use email forwarding or mailbox providers to receive alpha requests. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep alpha request emails and onboarding notes only as long as needed for evaluation, support, and product development. You can ask us to delete your request information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as PubKeySpace moves from private alpha toward a fuller product. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
